Thank you for choosing our online coaching services. We strive to provide high-quality personalized coaching to help you reach your goals. Please carefully review our policy regarding payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows: Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable. Each session is prepared specifically for your personal and professional development, and the resources allocated cannot be reimbursed. Rescheduling a Session: If you need to reschedule a session, you are allowed to do so once per booked session, provided that you give at least 48 hours notice. To reschedule, please do so here or contact us with your preferred new date and time. We will accommodate your request based on our availability. If you attempt to reschedule a session more than once or with less than 48 hours notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. If you fail to join your session within 5 minutes of the start time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are treated as forfeited sessions, and you will not be eligible for a refund or to reschedule the session. Please ensure that you are ready and available to make the most out of your scheduled time. We value your time and commitment to your growth.
